The structure of the programmes is fairly standard, and Rewards Central will reward you in various ways for providing their clients with the answers to various market research questions, typically opinion-based surveys regarding their products and services. They also offer points to users who participate in their various online shopping programmes (by spending money at any of their online shopping reward partners), who are willing to receive emails from various companies, and even for clicking on certain specified links.

Once you receive your point rewards for doing any of the above, you will be able to redeem them online for a selection of merchandise. This is either in the form of online auctions for various gadgets and gifts, or as online shopping coupons. There is also an option available to members to cash out the rewards – once you reach a balance of 3,300 points you can receive a cheque for $30.
