Notes about test results - We did not do this particular test in print out form. So we did not number the pages 2 - 6. If you where to print the transcription out you would place each page number starting from page two on the top right corner.
This is Near Verbatim, so you would not have to transcribe sounds such as coughs, sighs etc. Near Verbatim is the most common method to transcribe, if no specific instructions are given on the style, then you can ask, or go with Near Verbatim.
The assignment required the names in bold, normally you would not have to place the names in bold such as SCOOP or Palast. You may have placed GP: for Greg Palast, and under normal circumstances is okay, however the assignment wanted the complete name, and then you would use the last name of the interviewee.
Remember, when the interviewer is representing an organization such as a radio,TV, newspaper, magazine etc. it is best to use the company name unless otherwise instructed. You would place the complete name of the interviewer in the title page under the interviewer.
