Website Directory Posting - TEXT TUTORIAL

STEP 1 - Access the Website Directory Posting Site to Start Your Submission

STEP 2  - Select the Best Category That Fits the Company You Are Posting

On the home page of Incast Media you will see a list of categories, as shown here:

Click the "Suggest A Site" option to go to the posting page to start posting your submission.


STEP 4  - Fill Out Submission Form With the Company You Are Posting

You will then be on the submission posting page.

Here is what you will need to fill out on submission form:

A. Link URL - This is where you will post your pay code link/hoplink for the company you selected from Global-Data-Entry Part 1, which you received from any of the pay admin accounts such as PayDotCom, Clickbank, Commission Junction or Click2Sell.

Place your full pay code link starting with the http:// in this "URL" box

B. Title - The title will be a short description of the company you are posting.

For example --- If we are posting the company DomainProwl (which is an expired domain name finding software) we would put a link name like --- "Expired Domain Name Search Software"

* Keep the link name to about 4 to 6 words if possible.

C. Description - For the description you will add a little more about the company's product or service.

For example --- if we are adding a description for the DomainProwl software we may put something like --- "Find expired domain names quickly and efficiently using this automated software."

* Keep the link description to around 20 to 30 words if possible.

D. Your Name/Email - This is optional whether you provide your name and email. We will suggest to put your first name and use your secondary email address.

E. Captcha Code - Enter the Captcha (Security Image Code) that is provided during your submission. This is to verify you are human and not a robot.

F. Submit Resource Button - After you have filled out the submission form, you will click the "Submit Resource" button and your submission will be submitted along with your pay code link.

Incast Media Verification Processing - Your link will then be verified by Incast Media If accepted it will post to their directory. Usually verification will take place in 48  to 72 hours, but can take as long as 5 days.

INCAST MEDIA DOESN'T SEND VERIFICATION EMAILS THAT YOUR SUBMISSION HAS BEEN APPROVED. THEY WILL ONLY SEND YOU AN EMAIL IF YOUR SUBMISSION WASN'T APPROVED. SO IF YOU DON'T GET ANY DISAPPROVAL EMAILS YOUR SUBMISSION WAS OKAY.

Denied Submissions - It is rare to get your submission rejected by Incast Media. The only submissions that will get rejected are if they contain profanity or contain a too long title or description. If you do get a rejection notice simply re-submit the posting.

Posting Process - By submitting to Incast Media your submission will get picked up by several other directories. This will create backlinks for your pay code links. Backlinks is what helps get the pay code links indexed higher on the search engines, directories, etc.

Posting Frequency - You can re-submit the same company pay code link every 30 days to this posting tool if you choose. It is not required, but posting every 30 days will allow it to get more possible backlinks.

If you do decide to re-submit the same company pay code link every 30 days, we will suggest to change the title, and description each time you re-submit posting so it doesn't look like you are spamming.
