By the way, If you are thinking a 400 to 500 words article is too long to have to create. Go to the top of this section where it says "Creating Articles to Submit to Article Directories" From the start of this section to this word is exactly 463 words.

So you see it really is not hat long of an article and an article of this size (400+ words) will be excepted by any of the article directories we provide.

Let's get going on the article submitting... we will start with the Manual Submitting Method as we feel this is the best way to go. Again, it is your choice on which of the two methods we provide you will use.

POSTING METHOD #1 - MANUAL SUBMITTING TO ARTICLE DIRECTORIES
We will get started of explaining the different posting options you will see offer by the article directories, and how you will be able add your pay code links into your articles with these options.

Adding Pay Code Links to Articles

Adding Pay Code Link Option #1 (Directly in Article Body) - The best way to add your pay code link will be to add the pay code link directly in the article body. Usually at the end of the article you would put a note such as:

"I am an article writer for [website name] and you can find more resources at this link [your shortened pay code link]."

Sometimes you can actually put your link in the "website name" if the article directory allows that. 

We suggest to use the shortened TinyURL link when submitting to article directories as we have shown you how to obtain in Global Data Entry Part 1 - Section 3.

Adding Pay Code Link Option #2 (Article Resource Box) - The next option is the ability to add your pay code link in what is called the "Article Resource Box." This box will be located at the end of your article and you would need to fill out a separate resource box when submitting article.

Actually, this may be the best option because the article directories place this resource box in a location where it gets good exposure and you don't need to worry about creating a place at end of article to place a link. By using article resource boxes this does all the work for you getting your pay code link exposure.

Note: If either of the first two options are available by article directory will allow you to create multiple articles with multiple companies you are promoting in ONE account. This will make it much easier that having to create one account for each company you submit.

Adding Pay Code Link Option #3 (Article Author Bio) - Some of the article directories we provide will only allow you to insert your pay code links in what is called your "Author Bio."  The biggest problem with this is that you can only create one author bio per account with that particular article directory. This will then only allow you to create articles for one company using that article directory.

We will show you a good way to use ALL of the mentioned article directory options when presented.

Using Article Directories
We will show you the best way to use the article directories from the list we will provide. No matter which of the adding pay code links you are presented with we will show you how to best use as the options are provided.

The first thing we will suggest you sign up with 5 to 7 article directory accounts we provide. We will suggest you visit each site to see if you can determine which allow to add your pay code links using option #1 and option #2. Make a note on those article directories and make them a priority to get signed up with.

We would give you a list of which article directories offer which adding pay code link option. However, there are too many factors to determine which offer which option. There are some article directories that offer all three adding pay code link options and it is determined on which is used by many factors such as which categories you post article to, or how many articles you are written, etc.

So the best thing to do is get signed up and make notes on how you can add your pay code links. Put the ones that you can post directly in the body of article or resource box and put those article directories at the top of your list.

As you sign up with more article directories you will separate them on your list by the way you can add your pay code links to the three options.

We will suggest the article directories that ONLY allow you to post in author box to use those for companies you are promoting that are producing good earnings. You can then dedicate one article directory to those companies that are producing the most earnings. Then you can submit more articles for that company and increase your earnings even higher. Also when you do this it will give you a good expert portfolio that you are writing about one subject and give you more clout with readers.

Submitting Articles to Article Directories
We will provide a few videos for you to view on GoArticles.com and EzineArticles.com for you to view. This will give you a general overview of how to use and submit articles to the articles directories.

Keywords: In the fourth space, enter any keywords that relate to your article, such as "Work from Home" if you are typing an article about a work-from-home company, or select a keyword such as "Dog Training" if the company you are promoting is about dog training, etc.

If you can enter 4 to 5 keywords that will be fine.

Click "OK" to save your article.

You may enter multiple articles in this way. The articles will stay saved here and you may select them to submit to the article sites at any time.

Select the article you wish to submit by clicking it. You will see that it will stay highlighted when it is selected.

Step 6
Click the next top button, "Web sites," to continue, and the following screen will appear:

After you have clicked on the "Auto Fill," click on the "Start" button located on the bottom left of the submitter.

You will click the "Next" button to go from article directory site to article directory site.

If you have not selected an article, this function will not work, so be sure you have completed all previous steps before attempting to start submitting your articles.

The first time you run the software will require a bit more work than usual. The reason is that you will need to set up accounts and the auto submitter will save your logins for the next articles you will submit after the first run.

We recommend using your email address as your login so you can use the same login for all of the sites you sign-up for; this will make the process much easier next time you submit articles.

Some article directory sites you will be brought to will not be at the exact page you need to submit your article, simply click on any link that says "Submit Your Articles" to navigate to the needed page to submit your articles.

Sometimes the auto submitter function may not work. So you may need to fill in the needed information manually.

You will still need to manually select the categories your articles belong in and manually hit the submit button on each site. This small bit of manual interaction on each site keeps your submissions appearing totally manual, and it makes your articles appear to be of much better quality than articles submitted by similar Article Submitter "Spam Machines."

As you go through each article site make sure it's content is relevant to what you article is about. Example, is that if you were submitting a "Dog Training" article, then you wouldn't submit it to a work-at-home directory. So more than likely you will not use all the article sites you have check off. Simply click the "Next" button to proceed to next article site if their site doesn't pertain to your article subject.

Article Submitter does not just blast your articles to hundreds of sites unattended. If it did there would be too many sites that would think your articles were just spam, as every article site's submission process is a bit different, not to mention that they change all the time.

The purpose of Article Submitter is to help you submit your articles in much less time than they would take to manually submit, by placing the access to all of the directories in one handy software.

We again point out that the first time through is always the toughest because of the initial signing-up on the article sites, getting used to the features of this software, etc. Once you start using this, it will become so simple you will be able to post your articles in a matter of a couple of minutes or less.

Step 8 (Optional Manual Submissions)
The last button on the Article Submitter Pro is for manual article posting sites; it is optional if you want to post this way as it will require more interaction on your part.

On the few directory sites that are set up to not allow auto-fill on their forums, they created the manual-fill step.

You can still try the auto-fill button at the bottom of this step. Many times you will have much of the content filled in for you, but for the most part, on these sites, you will still need to manually fill in the content the old fashioned way.
